More joy in the court.
More life beyond it.

There’s so much more to enjoy in the game when your body feels capable of giving it the energy and effort you want to give. Perhaps you’ve noticed aches and pains during familiar movements more often—the vibrations through your wrist, or your knee feeling a little less steady when you get low for a ball.
We help you work toward it through fitness training chosen for the demands of tennis, adapted to where you are today.
Most of our clients join our programme to feel stronger, move more comfortably, and enjoy tennis for longer—so they can keep doing the thing that gives them so much joy well into later life. Many are surprised by what they’re still capable of, beyond what they initially thought possible.
But often, the biggest gift is more than the ability to enjoy the sport you love. It’s the life you live with the body that allows you to do it.
You give so much
to your sport.
Your body deserves
a plan, too.
We’ve found that many of our clients devote far more time to tennis than to the fitness that supports it. When they do exercise, they’re often piecing together a stretch someone recommended, a workout they saved, or an exercise they saw in a magazine.
The effort is there. What’s often missing is a clear plan—and an understanding of what each exercise is meant to achieve for them.
Those exercises may all be useful. The question is whether they work together, at the right level and in the right amounts, for the way you use your body.
A collection of good parts doesn’t automatically make a working engine. In the same way, a collection of good exercises doesn’t automatically make a programme that fits you.
Tennis places different demands on your body from running, walking, or sitting at a desk. Your everyday activities, past injuries, current strength, and mobility all help determine what training is useful.
Two women of the same age can have very different starting points—even if they play just as often. That’s why we look at how you move and what you want to do, then choose the strength, control, and mobility work that makes sense for you.
A purposeful plan, adapted to your life, that you can actually follow.
Build on the body
you have today.
As we age, we can lose muscle mass and strength, and our bones can become less dense. These changes can make everyday movement more difficult and increase the risk of falls and injury.
You don’t have to wait until movement becomes harder to start looking after it. Regular, appropriately chosen exercise can help maintain and build strength, support bone health, and improve balance.
Our starting point is to support the abilities you already have, then build on that foundation by helping you become stronger and more mobile. It takes time and consistency—which is why starting now matters. And it’s still worth starting if you’ve already noticed changes.

A capable body
you can rely on.
By creating a custom programme for you, our goal is to support your longevity in tennis and in life.
The truth is that many of us underestimate the decades we still have ahead of us and the movement we’ll want from our bodies. Everyday moments remind us how precious a healthy body is. Our goal is to help you appreciate it—and experience more of what it allows you to do.
Your life is the starting point.
Your response shapes the plan.
Understand
Your sport, everyday movements, goals, and starting point.
Build
A personal plan with exercises chosen for a clear purpose.
Learn & refine
Your feedback and monthly review guide what comes next.
Your assigned coach uses our custom software to help organise and analyse the movement patterns that feature most in your everyday life and your tennis. This builds a clearer picture of the demands on your body and the areas where additional strength, control, or mobility work could support you.
We’ll also give you a set of movements and exercises to try at home and report back on. Your feedback helps us understand what feels comfortable or difficult, whether one side feels stronger than the other, and where movement feels limited.
That assessment, paired with your feedback and goals, forms the foundation of your custom training plan.
We start with a base, then keep refining it monthly as we see your progress and how you respond. We build on the things that work and replace what isn’t serving you with something that better suits your goals.
The starting plan is just the beginning.
Looking beyond the place that hurts.
One player came to us with wrist pain, expecting that she needed to exercise only her wrist. In her case, the work also focused on strength and movement around the elbow.
Her home plan included additional biceps strengthening and gentle elbow mobility. After two months, she reported being essentially pain-free.
The important part was having a plan chosen for her and reviewed as she responded. That experience isn’t a diagnosis for another player: wrist pain has different possible causes, and persistent pain needs assessment by a qualified health professional.

The difference extends
beyond the court.
I was honestly amazed by how better my body felt after only 3 months of the custom program. Not only was I a much better player but everyday tasks that were problematic for years now felt fine
I regret having waited this long to get help for my exercising, honestly it's such a game changer to have someone that truly understands this help you out and build a program for you
I wanted to become a better tennis player, I ended up becoming a better everything as a result. Honestly, people were not joking about how much more energy you have once your body works the way it's supposed to
Best decisions I’ve made in recent times
I wish I could thank you enough for helping me so much, being stronger and healthier really kept me going through difficult times, eternally grateful for the whole team
The exercises made me visibly stronger in a couple of months, also having someone to ask questions when I had an ache was really nice rather than hoping it goes away on its own

Before you
take the next step.
I already play regularly. Would this still help?
Your existing tennis is part of the picture. We look at what additional strength, mobility, or stamina work would be useful for you and fit it around what you already do. The aim is purposeful training, not simply more exercise.
I only play socially. Is this too advanced for me?
Enjoying a social game is a worthwhile goal in its own right. Your plan reflects your starting point and what you want from tennis; you don’t need to compete or be working toward a ranking.
Do I need a gym or lots of equipment?
Your plan is adapted to the equipment, space, and time you have. Tell us what is available at home or at your gym. If an additional piece of equipment would be useful, we’ll explain why before you decide.
Will this leave me too tired to play?
Your tennis schedule helps shape the amount and timing of your fitness work. We review how you’re feeling and responding, then adjust where needed. You don’t have to ignore fatigue to make progress.
What if I have pain or an old injury?
Tell us about it in your application and assessment. We’ll discuss whether coaching is appropriate for you. Some symptoms need a physiotherapist or another health professional first, and we won’t ask you to push through pain.
How can an online plan be personal?
It starts with your assessment, goals, available equipment, and feedback—not a shared programme. Your coach reviews how you respond and refines the plan each month, so the starting plan can evolve with you.
What happens after I apply?
We’ll review your answers and contact you by email to discuss whether coaching is right for you. Applying does not enrol you or commit you to paying. We’ll explain the price and terms before you decide.
